RAJOURI, Nov 22: The police has arrested a youth on the charge of rape and black-mailing girl’s family hailing from Kesar Galla area of Kalakote.
A police spokesman said that on the complaint of the 18-year-old victim and her father, the police arrested accused Ajay Kumar, son of Ram Pal, resident of Godhar Potha. The girl alleged that by giving her some toxic pills, the accused committed rape on her few weeks back and later started black mailing her by showing her pics on mobile phone. The police registered a case FIR No. 88/ 2014 U/S 341/376/328/109/506 RPC against the accused and nabbed him.
