RAMBAN, Apr 3: A youth allegedly tried to end his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Kumbla Khari area of Tehsil Banihal, a police official said.
The youth has been identified as Tanveer Ahmed (18), son of Nazir Ahmed of Kumbla khari.
He has been rushed to SDH Banihal, where he was undergoing treatment, when last reports came in.
Banihal police has taken cognizance in this regard.
