UDHAMPUR, July 13: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree near his residence in village Magani, under the jurisdiction of Rehambal Police Station, here in the wee hours today.
The deceased was identified as Kala Ram (23), son of Papu Ram of Magani, near Tikri. He was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances. Locals saw the body and informed Police that rushed to the spot.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and other legal formalities while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
