JAMMU, Oct 31: A youth allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Badyal Qazia area of tehsil RS Pura, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Aman (20), son of Gharu Ram, a resident of Badyal Qazia RS Pura District Jammu.
He was admitted in GMCH Jammu on October 29, 2021 and breathed his last during the intervening night of October 30 and 31, 2021.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
RS Pura Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
