UDHAMPUR, June 25: A youth committed suicide by hanging self from ceiling fan at his house in village Peoni in Majalta, here today.
According to the police report, Mohit Singh Bandral (26), son of Charan Singh, resident of village Peoni, Majalta Tehsil, was found hanging from ceiling fan hook in his house under mysterious circumstances.
Family member saw him hanging and immediately called the Police. Later, the body shifted to PHC Majalta for the postmortem and other legal formalities.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection at Police Station Majalta.
