UDHAMPUR, Feb 5: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself with a ceiling hook in the bath room at his house in Ward number 16, Chabutra, Udhampur.
The deceased has been identified as Sher Singh (30), son of Dinanath of Pancheri, who was presently putting up at a rented house in Chabutra area.
The hanging body was spotted by the family members who informed the Police. Later the body was shifted to District Hospital Udhampur for postmortem.
Cause behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
