A spectacular feature of the Conclave is an AI based Exhibition showcasing the rich and glorious educational background of Bharat wherein 250 educational institutions are participating.
We are a nation which has a rich legacy of famous universities such as Takshashila, Nalanda, Vikramshila, Vallabhi, Ujjain and Kanchi etc. Carrying forward this glory, one of our transformational drives have been NEP-2020 emphasizing integration of Bhartiya Knowledge Systems into all levels of education, including higher education. Although numerous efforts are being made at administrative level, the participation of youth is bound to yield unexpected results. At this juncture when Indian higher education is growing exponentially, fostering a thriving research and innovation ecosystem in Bharat is expected to take a quantum leap and VIVIBHA -2024 is a meaningful step in this direction.
Bharat as a knowledge civilization has always been imparting and receiving education as a sublime and sacred goal of human life, explicitly conveyed in Rig Veda, one of the oldest texts of humanity, i.e., Let noble thoughts come to me from all directions.
This establishes that Bhartiya culture and civilization has always followed universal and inclusive approach to knowledge. Kapil Kapoor ji succinctly conveys the message of Lord Krishna in Srimadbhagavad Gita where Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that knowledge is a great purifier and liberator of the self which powerfully resonates with the message of Bhartiya Shikshan Mandal, i.e., that is karma which doesn’t lead to binding and that is knowledge which liberates, all other actions are mere chores of arduousness and all other sciences are mere craftsmanship.
