SUNDERBANI, Mar 30: The programmes were organized by Youth Congress at Nowshera and Sunderbani in support of Congress-NC candidate for Lok Sabha elections Madan Lal Sharma in which State president of J&K Youth Congress, Shahnawaz Choudhary and Iftkhar Ahmed, All India Election Commissioner, NSUI were present.
Speaking to the occasion, Shahnawaz Choudhary said that Congress is the only political party that has given rights to the people be it Right to Education, Right to Food Security, Right to Employment or Right to Information and the historical Roshni Act in the state of J&K.
Congress has fought for the rights of people from the struggle for independence and post independence period. At present also, Rahul Gandhi has introduced the elected system in Youth Congress & NSUI thus giving the power to the youth and the students of the nation to elect their leaders in the party also.
He said that Madan Lal Sharma has a good record in leadership and his credibility is tested by times. He has represented the whole Lok Sabha segment in the Parliament with full energy and enthusiasm. Shahnawaz Choudhary appealed to the youth, students and the people to vote for Congress to ensure rapid progress of the area.
On the occasion, Ifthkar Ahmad said that for the first time in the political history of the country, a political party has introduced student and youth manifesto and the party is Congress party. He said that prior to this election, manifestos were prepared in Delhi but the Congress party framed its manifesto by open consultations.

Ashwani Sharma, Assembly Vice President Nowshera, Sahil Raina, State Vice president, NSUI, Shabir Choudhary, State General Secretary, NSUI, Jatinder District Vicepresident NSUI, Manik Raina District Gen Sec NSUI, Yog Raj & Ankit Khajuria.
