Youth Congress demands cancellation of SSB paper

JAMMU, Dec 29:  The  Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Youth Congress president  Pranav Shagotra has expressed serious concern over the way of conducting examination for the selection of graduate level posts by J&K SSB and tackling the situation after mass copying at various examination centers in the State.
Addressing  a press conference here today Mr Shagotra said that massive copying in the examination held on  December 25 was reported by the students appearing  in the exam. The students were carrying mobile phones with them and they used text books and other copying material freely. As per rules, the paper held in all the examination  centers on December 25 should be cancelled but in this regard, the  Government has not cleared its position so far.
He demanded cancellation of paper conducted on   December 25, 2015 in all the examination centres. He also demanded that a time bound enquiry should be conducted and  guilty  be booked under law.
Youth Congress demanded that in the next examinations, students appearing in the exams should get their roll numbers at least 15 days prior to the day of exam so that  they can easily locate their centers and do not face problem on the day of exam. They also said that examination centers for the students from far flung areas of the State should be made in their home districts for the convenience of the students.
PYC chief also condemned the attack by some BJP backed goons on Congress workers in Assam and said that BJP has a history of spreading communal hatred and resorting to violent tactics when ever elections in any state are approaching. He asserted that Youth Congress will not  allow such forces to succeed in their  evil designs.
Youth Congress leaders  Sandeep Singh Rissam, Chetan Wanchoo Spokespersons PYC, Charanjeet Singh LYC President, Ricky Dalotra, Hoshiar Singh, Anoop Gupta, Zaheer Abbas, Arun Singh, Jagjyot Singh and  Divyansh Jamwal were also present.
