UDHAMPUR, Jan 17: A youth was killed after being hit by a Train near Kambal Danga on Udhampur- Katra Railway track.
The incident took place around 10:45 AM when the Katra bound train from Jammu hit the pedestrian. The deceased was identified as Adesh Kumar (24), son of Om Parkash, resident of Balkal in Kambal Danga.
Railway Police shifted the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur and after Postmortem; it was handed over to family members of the deceased. Railway Police has registered the case in this connection.
