KATHUA, Sept 23: A youth died after consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in village Gurah Mundia in Hiranagar tehsil of Kathua district.
Identified as Kapil Sharma, 34, S/o Des Raj consumed some poisonous substance at his residence. He was immediately rushed to District Hospital Hiranagar wherefrom doctors referred him to GMC Jammu in a critical condition.
However, his condition deteriorated in GMC and despite the hard efforts by doctors they could not save his life.
The Hiranagar Police has registered a case under Section 174 and started investigations.
