JAMMU, Dec 7: A 22-year-old boy died today due to electrocution at Sangar in Jhajjar Kotli area of city outskirts.
“The deceased has been identified as Amir Bhat son of Ghulam Hasan Bhat, resident of Verinaag (Anantnaag), at present residing at Sangar near railway station”, a police spokesman said, adding, it was not clear how and in which conditions he received electric shock.
He said that the dead body has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for post mortem while the concerned police have taken cognizance of the matter.
