POONCH, Aug 27: A 22-years-old youth who was driving tractor died when he met with an accident at Dalan Degwar area in Poonch.
Official sources said that driver died on spot.
Deceased youth was identified as Manzoor Hussain son of Manir Hussain resident of Dalan Degwar area in Poonch. Meanwhile, J&K police has taken the cognizance of the matter.
