RAJOURI, Dec 13: A youth was killed in bus accident on Rajouri- Bhathian road this evening while a person committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Taryath area today.
A police spokesman said that 18-year-old Mohd Showkat, son of Abdul Ghani, resident of Bhathian village was critically injured in a bus accident late this evening near Bhathian village. He was rushed to District hospital Rajouri where he was declared as dead. The police has registered a case in this connection.
Another report said that 37-year-old, Bal Krishan, son of Chandu Ram, resident of Thud village near Ransooh in Taryath area, became serious after he allegedly consumed some poisonous stuff at his home this morning. He was rushed to Sunderbani hospital by the family where he died after some time. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
