JAMMU, July 7: A youth was electrocuted at Kalyan, RS Pura area of the city outskirts.
As per reports, a youth identified as Paramjit Singh, son of Tarsem Singh of Kalyan, RS Pura, was electrocuted.
The youth received serious burn injuries and was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his burn injuries.
The body has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites after completion of legal formalities.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered and investigation started.
