RAJOURI, Dec 15: A youth died after he consumed some poisonous substance at his home in Chingus area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said that 20-year-old Mohd Shakeel, son of Mohd Sadiq, resident of Darra Sangla in Chingus become serious after he allegedly consumed some poisonous pills at his home. The parents rushed him to District Hospital Rajouri, where he died after some time.
The cause behind this extreme step was not known, the police has registered a case for investigation. The body of the youth after postmortem was handed over to the family.
