KATHUA, Mar 8: A youth was found dead in mysterious circumstances in industrial area in Ghatti village today.
He was identified as Navin Sharma @Nanu resident of village Bhallad block Barnoti. He was missing since yesterday and was found lying in front of a locked house . The local people noticed the youth lying dead. A police team rushed to the spot after getting information and shifted the body to mortuary for postpartum. Police has registered a case under Section 174 RPC in this regard and started investigation.
