POONCH, Nov 3: A youth was critically injured in motorcycle accident at Kamsar area here.
As per official sources, a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AL-0982 met with an accident at about 05:30 pm in evening in which the a youth was injured.
The profusely bleeding victim was rushed to District Hospital Poonch, from where he was later referred to a hospital outside J&K.
The injured youth was identified as Israr Ahmed, son of Zafer Ahmed, a resident of Kamsar District Poonch.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch, Dr Zulfiqar said that after preliminary treatment, he was referred to GMC Jammu, but attendants were interested to take him Amritsar for treatment.
Police have taken cognizance in this regard.
