SAMBA, May 1: A youth today tried to make abortive bid to end his life by hanging himself with a tree in front of Tehsil Office Vijaypur in protest against what he alleged delaying tactics adopted by the authorities in issuing his State Subject Certificate.
According to reports Mir Hussain son of Abdul Rahim of Pekheri Vijaypur made an abortive bid to commit suicide by hanging himself on a tree in front of Tehsil Office here. Reports said that the youth came with a rope and climbed on the tree to hang himself. However tehsildar Vijaypur came out from his office and brought the youth to his office to assure him that the issuance of PRC will be issued soon.
