KISHTWAR, July 24: A youth hailing from remote Ishtiyari (Kuthari) area of Paddar Sub Division of district Kishtwar is missing since July 20.
Family sources said that it was raining in the area and their son, Kulbeer Singh (27), son of Giyan Singh, resident of Ishtiyari (Kuthari) left home for the nearby village during the day. But he did not return home in the evening. His mobile phone was also lying at home. Family members searched him in the houses of their relatives and then lodged a missing report at Police Station Atholi (Paddar), the next day. He was wearing blue sweater, jeans pant, white sports shoes and black T-shirt. PCR Kishtwar and Doda have also been informed about the missing youth.
