Youth must register as voters: Chopra

JAMMU, Aug 4: At a camp organized by Election Commission of India in Talab Tillo area, Samvedna Society chairman, Keshav Chopra today submitted several forms of new voter enrollment, corrections in voter list or Aadhaar and mobile number updation forms to the respective Booth Level Officers.
Speaking on the occasion Chopra expressed gratitude towards Election Commission, J&K administration and especially Booth Level Officers for working tirelessly and conducting voter awareness camps at different location
“The motive of Samvedna Society is to reach out to maximum voters especially to the new voters who have reached the require age setup by Election Commission of India to cast votes,” he maintained adding that the youth should register themselves as voters.
Chopra requested the ECI to continue with these Voter Awareness Camps in future also so that maximum people can take advantage of it.
Anju, Ritesh Peer, Abhishek Gupta, Manoj, Sushil Gupta, Sourav and others were also present on the occasion.
