RAJOURI, Mar 8: The police nabbed a drug-peddler and recovered 100 bottles of corex from his possession near Muradpur on highway near here today.
Reports said a police party led by DySP Special Operation Group, Rajouri during naka intercepted a video bus at Muradpur bridge on Jammu-Rajouri road and during checking found 100 bottles of corex syrup in the possession of a youth Liaqat Hussain, son of Mohd Aslam, resident of Bela Colony Rajouri.
The bus was on its way to Rajouri from Jammu. The police arrested the youth and recovered consignment. A case has been registered against him. The police was trying to ascertain the source of material and others connected with drug-peddling.
