JAMMU, Nov 18: Apni Party Provincial president for Jammu and former Minister Manjit Singh has said that the youths in Jammu and Kashmir have pinned their hopes on Apni Party in the wake of its developmental agenda.
The former Minister was addressing a joining program at Apni Party office in Gandhi Nagar, Jammu today. The program was organised by District president Youth Wing, Jammu, Shivam Choudhary.
In this program, dozens of youth have joined the Apni Party in presence of Manjit Singh and other leaders of the party.
While welcoming the new entrants into the Party, the former Minister hopes that their joining will strengthen the Party.
“The enthusiasm among the youth about the policy and developmental agenda of Apni Party shows that they have pinned their hopes with the Party and its leadership because the traditional political parties exploited them as vote banks,” he said.
“There is disappointment among the youth with the transitional political parties because these parties did not give heed to their demands regarding employment, education, job in the private sector and poor response to address their grievances,” he added.
He said that the Apni Party believes in equitable development, protection to natural resources, land and job rights.
Those who joined the Party included- Inderdeep Singh, Abijot Singh, Jatin Bajwa, Rahi, Gurjeet, Lucky Singh, Honey, Dhruv Bakshi, Vivek, Rahul, Bhupinder Singh and others.
