JAMMU, Dec 25: A youth was injured after he was stabbed on forehead by some unknown persons during a Christmas party at Jhelum Resort falling under the jurisdiction of Gandhi Nagar police station.
According to a police spokesperson, some youths attacked Parvinder Singh (25-30) son of Harpal Singh, a resident of Narwal with sharp edged weapons at Jhelum Resort when a party in connection with Christmas Day was going on there.
The victim, who suffered injuries on his forehead, was immediately shifted to Gandhi Nagar Hospital, from where he was later discharged after providing first aid.
The Gandhi Nagar police has taken cognizance of the matter.
