RAJOURI, Mar 16: The dead body of a youth hailing from Bihar was found hanging from a tree in Siot area of district Rajouri today.
A police spokesman said at around 8.50 am an information was received from reliable source that body of one Shubh Lal (24 yrs), son of Kapil Dev Sahni , hailing from Hardiyan, Zila Mathyiari, in Bihar and at present residing near Siot hospital was found hanging with a tree in nallah near hospital.
The police party rushed to the spot and after examining spot, shifted the body to Siot hospital for postmortem. As the death happened under suspicious circumstances and therefore inquest proceeding has been initiated in this regard, police said.
