JAMMU, Mar 18: The dead body of a young man was found hanging this morning at his residence in Kanachak area of city outskirts.
“The body of 24-year-old Yudhveer Singh (dumper driver by profession) son of Sukhdev Singh, resident of Batehra was found hanging from the hook of the ceiling fan in his room,” a police spokesman said.
He said body of the deceased was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu where after getting conducted postmortem, it was handed over to its legal heirs for last rites.
Kanachak Police had taken cognizance of the matter.
