RAJOURI, Mar 25: The dead body of a youth was found hanging from the branch of a tree in Nowshera area of district Rajouri today.
Official sources said that body of 22-year-old Rajesh Kumar, son of Ramesh Chander, resident of Barari village, was found hanging from a tree, about 100 mtrs away from his house. A villager noticed it and informed the family. A large number of villagers also reached the spot after coming to know about the matter. The village Sarpanch informed police about the matter at Nowshera.
The police party rushed to the site and shifted the body of the youth to SDH Nowshera for postmortem. After completion of legal formalities, the body was handed over the family. Police registered a case and launched investigation.
