RAJOURI, Jan 16: The dead body of youth was recovered from the forest area of Khawas in Kalakote area today.
A police spokesman said that 30-year-old Mohd Rafiq, son of Faqir Mohammed, resident of Panarh village in Khawas had gone to nearby forest. The family members told that he left home at 10 am to bring dry woods and did not return home in the evening. They started his search along with other villagers today and his body was recovered from the forest about 1 km away from the home.
The police party after getting information, reached there and shifted the body to hospital for postmortem. Khawas police has started investigation under Section 174 CrPC in this connection.
