JAMMU, Nov 12: The parents of a youth, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Circular Road here few months back, met Director General of Police (DGP) K Rajendra Kumar.
During the meeting, the parents urged DGP to direct the police officers to reveal the truth behind the death of their son identified as Tarsem Tak, son of Ramesh Kumar Tak, a resident of Talab Tillo.
The parents also urged the DGP to look into the matter personally.
DGP assured the parents of impartial probe into the death of their son.
It is to mention that Tarsem was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Circular Road on September 22, 2016 and an inquest proceeding under Section 174 CrPC has been initiated by the police.
