YRS concerned over unemployment, drug menace

JAMMU, Mar 18: The spokesperson and media coordinator of Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS), Vishal Singh has expressed concern over the challenges being faced by the people of J&K.
He said that after the political developments of 2019 there is a decline in terrorism and many development projects have been launched in J&K and with this new issues have emerged.
In a handout, Singh stated that Jammu city is now struggling with the rising unemployment, drug abuse and criminal activities.
“To address these issues, the Government should promote tourism, industries and private sector,” he maintained adding: “Creating jobs for the youth will keep them away from the crime.”
The YRS leader urged the administration to enforce strict laws and take firm action against those involved in drug abuse and criminal activities.
