JAMMU, June 2: Assuring people of time bound redressal of genuine demands, vice-president BJP Yudhvir Sethi today said that the Coalition Government is working to address aspirations of the people and all out efforts are afoot to provide modern infrastructure in the Winter Capital as well as entire State.
He said various developmental projects were taken up in hand for the J&K by Narendra Modi led government at Centre and PDP -BJP coalition in the State and within a year people will see results of the people friendly policies of the Modi Government.
He said that the historic town of Jammu would be taken up under the Central Government Smart city project and most modern urban infrastructure would be put in place for the city inhabitants.
“We have seen that the coalition partners are working to revive the projects which were important for the overall development of the city and no stone would be left unturned to change the city into a modern city,” he stressed.
Yudhvir said this while addressing a gathering of people of Ward No 1, here. He toured the old city areas and listened to the demands putforth by the people.
People of the area also apprised him of their various problems which Mr Sethi assured them hat he will take up them with concerned authorities.
Prominent among others who were present included, Anil Masoom (Distt. vice president), Ramesh Gupta (distt. secretary), Arun Sethi (East Mandal general secretary), Shatrugan Jamwal, Naresh Abrol, Ashwani Gupta, Pardeep Baru, Sahil Kesar, Puran Kumar, Sudheer Jamwal, Akshay Bahl and Pawan Kumar.
