JAMMU, Apr 1: Yudhvir Sethi, vice president, J&K BJP today exhorted upon party cadre to strengthen party’s organizational structure at booth-level and seek feedback from the people on various Central Government as well as UT administration schemes.
Sehti said this while chairing a series of meetings of 52 booths at BJP East Mandal here in presence of Aseem Gupta, vice president J&K UT, Priya Sethi, former Minister, Dy Mayor Purnima Sharma, Anju Dogra, Kuldeep Khandari general secretary, Prabhari Jammu East, corporator Anil Masoom, president East Mandal Parveen Kerni, Savita Anand, district president Mahila Morcha, Kuldeep Kandhari, Vipin Sharma and Rajinder Sharma were also present.
Sethi said that the success of party in winning hearts of people and decimating the opposition in polls solely depends on strength of party at booth level. He categorically said that the onus of party’s success lies with the ground level workers ability to connect with the masses and once this target is achieved and the people got the picture about BJP’s public-friendly policies, no power on earth can defeat the party in any form of political contest.
Sethi asked booth level workers to meet more and more people in the area and disseminate information about party’s people-centric ideology and the public welfare schemes in vogue so that no soul in the vicinity remains aloof of the benefit of the PM Narendra Modi-led Government’s schemes and programmes which are crafted in such a benevolent manner that all sections of society irrespective of their caste, colour or creed fall in their ambit.
Sethi asked party workers to set example in public service and remain available 24X7 to the people right up to the grass roots level. He asked the party workers to work with more dedication for the people especially the tail-enders, take stock of their problems and get these addressed at the earliest.
Aseem Gupta, in his address, said that it is the prime duty of every member of the party to work vigorously in this direction so that people do not get confused by the propaganda rhetoric of opposition parties. He, while expressing full confidence in the party cadre, said that he was sure that BJP will once again win the trust of people in the upcoming Assembly polls.
