JAMMU, June 2: Yudhvir Sethi, Vice President J&K BJP along with Parveen Kerni, BJP East Mandal President today listened to the public grievances at Pt Prem Nath Bhawan, Kacchi Chawni, here today.
In the public grievance camp, Anil Balgotra, Kartar Nath Gupta, Ajeet Jogi, Swarn Singh, Brij verma, Nipun Malhotra and Rakesh Jandyal were present.
Dozens of people visited the party office to put forth their woes pertaining to basic amenities, etc before the senior BJP leaders seeking resolution to their issues. Most of the people highlighted issues related to the development in their respective areas besides various other concerns.
Yudhvir Sethi along with other party leaders after giving a keen and patient hearing to the people assured to take up their issues with the concerned authorities and get the same resolved at the earliest. However he got some of the issues resolved instantaneously by talking to the authorities concerned on phone.
Later, while interacting with party cadre, Yudhvir Sethi asked them to meet more and more people in their respective areas and disseminate information about party’s people-centric ideology and the public welfare schemes in vogue so that no soul in the vicinity remains aloof of the benefit of the PM Narendra Modi-led government’s schemes and programmes.
Sethi asked party workers to set example in public service and remain available 24X7 to the people right upto the grass roots level. He also laid stress upon party cadre to focus on strengthening the booths and make these proactive centres for providing succour to the people.
