JAMMU, July 29: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) remains steadfast in its commitment towards fostering a holistic and all-round development in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
This was stated by Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP vice president while kick-starting development works including upgradation of Nallah, lanes, drains and laying of tiles work at Ward No 17 in presence of a local Councilor Nidhi Magorta, Raman Sharma Amphalla Mandal president, Navin Sharma district IT in charge, Rohit Gupta, Mandal vice-president, Robin Kumar booth president, Samarty, booth president, Balwan Singh, Shakti Kendra Parmukh and prominent people of the area. These development works will be completed with an estimated cost of Rs 17 lakh, Sethi said.
Sethi expressed Party’s strong commitment to the development of Jammu city on modern and progressive lines. Highlighting the BJP’s dedication to the welfare of the people, he mentioned the party’s recognition and honour of the historic support received from the people of Jammu city. He stressed the ongoing efforts to transform Jammu city into a smart city, ensuring its growth and prosperity.
Sethi emphasized the BJP’s commitment to the all-round development of the UT, asserting that with the active support from the Central Government, Jammu and Kashmir would soon boast one of the best infrastructures in the country. He expressed confidence in the collaborative efforts of the UT and Central governments to achieve this vision.
