JAMMU, July 1: An Album ‘Maa Tere Rang Vich Rangana’ comprising devotional songs of Bawe Wali Mata which was sung by Surinder Rangeela was released here, today by BJP, vice president, Yudhvir Sethi.
Yudhvir Sethi also released the poster of the album and praised the artists for recognizing the divinity of the holy Goddess in such a melodious composition.
The event was conducted in presence of music directors, Darbari Lal and Rohit. The lyrics for the songs were composed by Himanshu and special credit goes to Sahil Mahajan for the composition.
Sethi, who was the chief guest of the event later, honoured the young artists for presenting their talent in the glory of Mother Goddess. Thereafter, the album was released with the display of the poster.
Sethi complimented the whole team for bringing out their talent to public and inspiring the youth to come forward. In order to be role models and catalysts of change, he said, youth should be taught and educated about our traditional value systems which are the foundations of our age old heritage. He requested all to shun Westernization in letter and spirit which has eroded and degraded our spiritual life.
Sethi asserted, “In this busy age of fear and anxiety, the remembrance of God and repetition of the name is a means of liberation that is accessible to all. Devotional singing (bhajan) must become an unbroken stream of bliss on your tongues and in your hearts; it must confer on you the uninterrupted awareness of the unity of you and God which would eventually lead to purifying of the environment and the spontaneous manifestation of inner ecstasy.”
Sethi remarked, “During the whole lockdown process when we were facing the fear of the unknown, Bawe Wali Mata Rani provided us the inner strength and resolve to fight the pandemic. “She has been kind to us that we are comparatively at much better position from the rest and now we are fighting with more clarity and direction,. We should pray for Mata Rani’s blessing and make supplication for her protection and do it all with her eternal power.”
