Yudhvir Sethi visits GGM Science College, inspects development projects

JAMMU, Oct 19: Yudhvir Sethi, MLA of Jammu East, paid a visit to GGM Science College, one of the oldest and most iconic heritage institutions in Jammu and Kashmir. During his visit, Sethi inspected various ongoing developmental projects aimed at renovating and uplifting the College’s historic buildings.
The MLA personally reviewed the progress of the renovation work on these heritage structures, expressing concern over the pace of the project. He instructed the executing agencies to expedite the work to ensure timely completion. Sethi emphasized that the restoration of the college’s heritage buildings holds both cultural and educational significance and should be completed as swiftly as possible without compromising on quality.
In addition to reviewing the developmental works, Yudhvir Sethi interacted with the students and staff of the college. His visit was well-received, by College Principal Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kumar Gupta, along with students and staff, appreciating Sethi’s proactive approach to addressing their concerns and improving the campus environment.

In response, Sethi assured his continued support from all corners to enhance the academic infrastructure and facilities at the institution. “GGM Science College has a rich legacy, and I will do my best to ensure that it continues to be a hub of excellence,” said Sethi. He further committed to taking necessary steps to help the college reach new heights in education and development.
