KARGIL, Feb 10: The 2nd annual meeting of Press Club Ladakh-Kargil was held today under the chairmanship of president Press Club (PC) Kargil, Hosain Khalo.
In the annual meet Ghulam Nabi Zia, Syed Hashim Razvi and G.M Noori were appointed chief advisors of the Club in the presence of all Club members and few changes were also made in the executive body and Hosain Khalo has been made president; Mohd Ali Waziri, vice president; Noor Ul Islam, general secretary; Ibrahim Firdous, cashier; Mohd Ishaq, joint secretary; Basharat Hussain Ladakhi, publicity secretary and Feroz Khan Sahil, organiser.
The executive body and members of Press Club also discussed other issues including strengthening of the Press Club.
The Club also facilitated Ghulam Nabi Zia with traditional Khataks and lunch was served by the members of the Club on his retirement from the government service and joining the Club.
