Zulfikar urges youth to become part of political movement

RAJOURI, Mar 3: Apni Party vice president, Choudhary Zulfikar Ali today urged youth to become part of political movement by participating in political activism for a bright future of J&K.
Addressing party programme in Rajouri, Ch. Zulfikar Ali said that the youth should work hard for their future and become part of a political movement, started by Apni Party president, Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari.
“New faces must come in politics, so that they can work for the betterment of the society. The rural areas still lack development, electricity and water supply are one of the main issues being faced by the people in hilly areas. Locals who know the difficulties of the people should come forward and work for the people without any greed,” Ali added.
He said that the energy of the youth must be channelized towards a positive and constructive side. He appealed to the youth to launch a campaign against drug- addiction which has destroyed many families.
“Families have lost their sons due to drugs. We should make our society drug addiction free which is possible only when the youth is involved in the process,” he said.
Zulfikar said that the youth being pillars of the society have responsibility on their shoulders to come forward and bring changes in the society which would lead J&K towards peace and prosperity.
He said that Apni Party will strengthen its units at district and block level and soon they will announce office bearers of Jammu region.
Speaking on the occasion, vice president J&K Youth Wing, Raqeeq Ahmed Khan said that the unemployment is increasing and the number of pass-outs from the schools and colleges is much higher than the employment is given in the Govt sector.
He urged the Govt to advertise all the vacancies for their recruitment so that the unemployed youth can get a sigh of relief.
The programme was organized by District president Rajouri, Syed Manzoor Hussain Bukhari.
Besides, District secretary Ali Choudhary several senior members- Shabir Kohli, Rizwan Khan Buraq, Wajid Choudhary, Raiz Ghakar, Nawab Mukhtar, Irfan Anjum and others attended the programme.
